Scholarships from Los Gatos Community Foundation, Inc.
The Los Gatos Community Foundation, Inc., offers scholarships to student citizens of Los Gatos. We are proud to encourage and sponsor these outstanding students who have shown exceptional community service by awarding each of them a scholarship toward furthering their education.
LGCF Community Service Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors at Los Gatos, Leigh and Westmont high schools that will attend a four year college. Criteria is based primarily on community service, secondarily on financial need and thirdly on academic performance.
We are pleased to provide the LGCF Barbara Browder Memorial Scholarship and the LGCF Barbara Browder Community Service Scholarship. Barbara was a child care provider to children of all ages. Seeing the potential each child had for learning she wanted to provide scholarships to students who have chosen to go to a four-year college.
Awards are given at each school's annual awards night.
